Legal question about telephone harrasment?

My ex-girlfriend pressed charges against me for harrassing phone communication, harrassing communication, and menacing by stalking. In 2009 i was diagnosed with depression after battling with being bullied and my mum and dad separating from each other. I had been self harming for months and not eating for months too. I was given anti depressants that i used for one week until i went to see a psychiatrist who took them off me. After seeing a psychiatrist for a few months i thought i was feeling better and left. I still felt depressed and carried on sleeping the days away, feeling depressed, self harming and not eating. When it came to January of 2010 i completely changed, i was either not sleeping at all for or having an hours sleep and feeling fine when i woke up. I went out drinking with friends every night until i passed out and even started smoking. I felt great, life felt amazing, i was getting into relationships which ended up turning sour after a few months. I was being reckless i just didn't know it until september hit and i was depressed for months yet again. Now its got to today and im still constantly up and down. One day im talking so fast no one can keep up with me, i have so many ideas my mind cannot keep up, i think i have special powers, i get so paranoid i think people are stalking me or that my boyfriend is playing away and i get so angry i physically hurt my boyfriend and then a few days later im constantly sleeping, feeling so sad and unable to enjoy anything, some days i cant even walk to the bathroom i feel so depressed. I have also developed an eating disorder. After years of being so skinny i cant stand to see myself with any weight on my stomach anymore so i either fast or make myself throw up. My mood swings are really severe and they have been getting closer and closer together. Any suggestions on what could be wrong? I dint even feel human anymore! :(

African Dwarf Frog behavior?

Your African Dwarf Frog's behavior is normal. I see no indication that he is an African Clawed Frog another answer has suggested. Two things to remember about ADFs are these frogs have very poor eyesight and they breathe in air from the surface of the water. They won't eat something unless they can smell it, it moves right by their eyes, or they find it by accident. It is possible that when he went to the surface to get air, he gulped in some of the betta food as well and ignored his own food for the simple reason that he didn't yet know it was there. Biting the betta's tail is likely an accident as well. Sometimes what happens is the betta's tail moves right by the frog, so the frog may mistake it for food and latch on, then release when they realize it isn't food. I have had that happen with my ADF's and bettas before, but there is no need to worry as ADFs cannot usually eat the fish and generally leave them alone. I have had bettas and ADFs in the same tanks for many years and never had any real problems with it. However, if the tail biting continues, you may consider separating them. The floating at the surface is normal too as long as he is able to swim down and is not bloated. ADFs love to float at the surface. It is just their way of relaxing and being a bit lazy because they won't have to swim to the top for air if they just stay floating there.

IS IT OKAY TO ADD MY 2 ADF'S AND 2 GUPPES TO A NEW TANK?

I recently bought 2 African Dwarf Frogs and 3 Guppes. I cleaned the tank and properly left to dechlorinate for 24 hours. Joining Australian Infantry as a Rifleman?

Hey, well it sounds to me, you will have no problems at all getting into the infantry. Your a smart kid! :) But geez, if you don't want to be an infantryman or you want a different experience in the army, you may not be able to get it because you didn't finish grade 12.... What if you want to be an officer? I can't be sure, but I don't think they promote people to an officer without a uni degree or the very least, completion of year 12. I'd recommend school and keep as many doors as possible open, in case you want something more than being just a rifleman. Besides, try to make the most of school, the only reason I loved school is because I played as many extra-curricular sports and other stuff as I could. Just think, they may not let you in because of your age now, but if you keep your grades the same as they are now and finish senior year, you will be let in, with almost no questions asked lol. Betta and Dwarf Frogs?

I just got two african dwarf frogs today. They have a nice big tank, and I also put in a betta fish with them. However, the ADFs stay at the bottom of the tank. And come up for air occasionally and the Betta stays at the top and came down onc or twice. Also, when the ADF's get air, they go up quickly, and swim back down like a dart. (they did that before I put the betta in, though) The ADFs had tank mates in the pet store, however the Betta has never been housed with anything else. This is all of their first day in this tank. I have been friends with my best friend (we are both female) for 15 years. We are very close and have never really fought. African dwarf frog died?

We purchased four adf on Friday. This morning I wake up to one dead. I have noticed they aren't eating very much or not at all because I can't tell the differance between them. I followed all of petcos instructions. I have a filer ten gallon tank put water treatment in it. Waited 24 hours to put them in there. Skinny adf, bloated betta?

You could try and take the frog out to feed it or put a cup over it so the betta can't get it's food be careful though, they need to go to the surface to breath every once in awhile. you can try to feed the betta 1/4 of a pea, it helps with constipation. You could also stop feeding it for a day or 2 to give it time to digest. Good luck!

How can I get disability for my depression and anxiety?

I realize lazy, irresponsible losers play this hand quite often just to sit home and collect, however.....I've actually had a very serious case of anxiety and depression since I was 18, and now I'm 30. Ok so there is this guy named Dylan. At my church we were going to do broom hockey from 10pm to 12am and we were on our church bus. I have never owned this tank but i got a 14 gallon aqueon fish tank and its great! the kit comes with everything, powerful and quiet filter and a good water heater, they have 10 gallon and 20 gallon and many sizes. African Dwarf Frog Tank Setup?

So here is my ADF tank setup. I have two in a five and a half/ six gallon tank along with a non aggressive betta. They seem to be doing fine. Then I have a heater which keeps the tank at a temperature of 78 degrees, along with a filter. I have small shells that I keep at the bottom of the tank used as a sort of gravel, and then I have fake plants and a place for the frogs to hide. I feed the frogs dried bloodworms. Is this setup ok?

Why didn't my betta fight back, lost part of his tail. How do i heal it?

My ADF is a little bit stupid and thinks that anything red is food (bloodworm) my betta was all chill eating a blood worm when randomly my ADF nipped of a section of his tail. Australian Army Recruitment?

Hey mate, I have just been enlisted into Army Reserves, start NAVMED on sunday and Kapooka in 3 weeks, it was actually almost spot on 6 months from YOU session to enlistment, which means Kapooka if you get in full time, and that includes a large break i had in the middle (2 months) trying to figure out what i wanted. My job is Reserve Rifleman. so if your job is a priority job then yes i imagine you would get in fairly quick, however that is my experience, also. The army will screew you over from day one, be ready for that, you must call them up constantly and harass them, show them you are eager. Thanks mate.

Almost 8 years ago my husband began speaking to a girl who lives in Australia, every time he has tried to quit talking to her she has gained access to his contact list for his phone that is synchronized with his gmail account and begins calling everyone on the list. Last november she set up a complete scam of her being abducted and raped and had a three year old child with her, obviously my husband believing this to be true called police and fbi got involved because of possible abduction. The whole story was completely made up, my husband ended up being arrested even though the fbi saw all the messages she was sending (she was not even in the country she set scam up from australia). Now she is calling companies I deal with trying to get all my information. She was able to access his cell phone account and change all his information on it, and is now sending threatening messages about contacting his probation officer to make sure his life is completely F**ked. I attend college and she has tried withdrawling me from college. She is a complete nut job, and after speaking to FBI that dealt with this to begin with the only thing they are telling me that we can do is get a restraining order. Why is she not being dealt with? He was on house arrest for 6 months and could not go anywhere and she showed up where he had to stay. Of course she was forced to leave, but the fact remains the same, he couldn't go anywhere, and if she were to do something he would not have been able to protect himself. We have a 10 year old son, and she has called on his cell phone, it is completely out of control and I can't seem to get any answers on how to get this person to stop. We are completely afraid to do anything where she might be able to get our information, find out where we live now, and afraid that she may do something else. I am at a loss and feel completely helpless, my husband doesn't know what to do, because if he doesn't answer her she goes completely balistic. Like I said we have made contact with FBI and now with an attorney, however she keeps going and it doesn't seem after almost 8 years that there is ever going to be an end to this. Should I delete my ex from facebook?

Me and my ex broke up a couple months ago, and I'm still not 100% over her. I know it sounds silly, but everytime something from her pops up in my newsfeed, my heart still skips a beat and then I'm stuck thinking about her for a few minutes. What's wrong with my African Dwarf Frog?

My ADF appears to be bleeding from its feet and mouth; It's very lethargic and can't move around very well. It doesn't look bloated and I don't think there are any lesions on it either. The frog could have died from stress, angelfish are fairly aggressive fish and will compete for food. What king of food are you feeding the frogs? It really depends on what kind of carpeting plant, frogs will most likely spend most of their time either at the surface or resting at the bottom, so chances are they'll find their food. Good luck:)

My dad is bipolar and has been arrested over 30 times for numerous things-assault, aggrivated battery, attempted murder, tresspassing, violating perole, violating O.P., endangerment of a child, stalking, the list goes on and on. I haven't seen him in over a year after he had been verbally attacking me and physically harmed me. Then he was arrested and tried, but got out on bail. We have had many problems in the past 2 years. Compared to Tuckermans Ravine, how is the difficulty level of Boott Spur?

I'm climbing Mt. Washington NH for the second time this summer. Last year we took the Tuckerman's Ravine trail the entire way. This year we have a third person coming that isn't in as good of shape and I heard that the Boott Spur trail was a bit more forgiving on the knees. My question is for anyone who has done both Tucks and Bootts and if the Boott Spur trail is a bit easier even though it is longer and if it is easy to get to from the Hermits hut off Tuckermans or if you have to start on the Bootts trail right from the get go. Starting to homeschool my 2nd and 3rd grader for the summer into next school year but not sure about testing?

New Hampshire requires that you send a letter to the school to inform them of your decision to homeschool. This letter has to be sent every year before the beginning of the school year and "runs out" August 1st of every year. NH also requires yearly testing. My children have already tested in school this year. I would like to start homeschooling this summer but I'm not sure if sending the letter (which would no longer be valid in August) would mean that they would need to test over the summer? I don't want the school to say they need a test done by August because I'm just getting started and I'm planning on using the school's testing at the end of the school year! They're not going to do much, at all. I think, worst case scenario, they'll just have you give her the money. They won't arrest you or anything, because you didn't steal the battery. Dream of creepy gross guy trying to kill me and siblings?

I got a baby swordtail (1.5cm) from my friend. Why did my African dwarf frog die?

I had bought 12 ADF from brookstone to put in ny 40 gal tank back in August of 2010. A few months after, two of them died without any apparent reason. Now I found one today belly up on the bottom dead. But he had a odd looking green area on his belly, about the circumference of a pencil eraser. What did he die of and why. There are no fish in this tank, it has a small filter and is kept clean with water changes. The water is in check perfect, and has a good ecosystem between bacteria and live plants. Someone told me not to buy the frogs from brookstone, only buy from a pet store because they are healthier. Is that true? But more importantly, what was that green on my ADF's belly?

you are over-stocked and adding salt to freshwater fish is wrong ... salt is not required for your betta and even more so detrimental for the frogs ... and the tank is too small ... it is barely enough for your betta and you added three frogs !!! get a bigger tank if you want more fish ... why you even thought that would be appropriate is beyond me ... and nothing in the tank should eat freeze-dried, ESPECIALLY the frogs ...

Moving and cant find a way to transport children in the car i have?

I left home without telling my parents when I'll be home and where I am. They stalk me. I left. I dated his girl in the summer. We hit it off really well and loved the same stuff. We was falling really fast and I wanted to take things slow since we just met. When summer ended, it was back to work for me and college and work for her, so we wasn't around each other that much. I love her so much but I need to take care of my priorities.. She was overly-possessive, when I miss a phone call she'll be mad. Things only got worst and I was slacking off big time! It was hard because she just wouldn't understand and get angry easily. She got mad and told me to get lost which I did. I got my life back in order and balanced everything. She came back apologizing and saying she wants to try again. So we start off and things were going great until she cheated and dumped me unexpectedly while i eas sick. Ran off acted like I didn't exist or wouldn't talk to me. Why would she do this just to hurt me? Anyways, I began to accept this and move on until she came back saying she miss talking to me and let's be friends. Trying to act like she did nothing wrong and waited too damn long to talk about this. I was about to give in to her but I was just too hurt so I ignored her.
