What's wrong with my African Dwarf Frog?

My ADF appears to be bleeding from its feet and mouth; It's very lethargic and can't move around very well. It doesn't look bloated and I don't think there are any lesions on it either. I also checked to see if its belly or undersides of its legs were red, which they aren't. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with my frog? :( Thanks
