What happens if i dont pay my fine?

i was supposed to pay it last month on the 27th but i am in NC and the fine is in NH i told the judge i was coming down here im leaving to go back up soon but im just not sure what will happen. i have called multiple times and no answer i leave a message every time but no return call or anything.
