My African Dwarf Frog is to jumpy for me to put him in a different tank? ?

I asked a question like this a while back but I didn't get any answers that worked. My adf is in a to small tank. I've tried a cup, my hands, a turkey baster, and a net to pick him up. I can't do it! What do I do to get him in a different tank?
