Gym Workout: what's a rep and a set?
It means do ten pushups, then eight pushups, then six pushups, rest for two minutes, then start the cycle again, rest two mins, then do it again. The ten reps, eight reps, six reps =one set, the amount of times you have to do the exercise over.
