You have a good amount right now, assuming a traditional tropical filtration system of 4X turnover per hour and regular partial water changes. Adding a couple of neon tetras to the school wouldn't hurt anything, but I'd personally leave it as is so that you have some space in case the frogs happen to miss any of the guppy fry.
