Info in the gap year in ADF?

was wondering iif anyone could give me some insight as to what is involved in the gap year, like Could someone just give me an insight into what things are involved in a typical day, both your training and after training. Im starting yr 12 this year and will apply when the enlistment opens. Also is there any part of the gap year that allows you to do firefighting? or is it only navy and infantry?
